2.2.2 Data

       Data sources for environmental analysis were drawn from a variety of resource sites. Information on watercourses and streamways was acquired from Facilities Management (SFU) in AutoCAD format. Considerable manipulation was required to convert the data into a format able to be analyzed in ArcView. A forest diversity coverage was created from a Moodie Consultants Ltd. map by heads-up digitizing (1996). See Appendix 1 for further information.
